Julie Driver Pilates
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to juliedriverpilates.com and services supplied by Julie Driver, trading as Julie Driver Pilates, based in Highgate, London, UK. Contact julie@juliedriverpilates.com or 07966 232779.
Bookings and payment
Prices, schedules, course content and any prerequisites are shown at booking. A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted or we confirm it in writing. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
Cancellations and refunds
Any service-specific cancellation terms shown during booking form part of these terms. Nothing here limits statutory cancellation or refund rights. For distance contracts, consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to legal exceptions. If you ask us to begin a service during that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied; the right may be lost once a service is fully performed with your express request and acknowledgement. Digital content supplied immediately may affect the cancellation right where you expressly consent and acknowledge this.
Health and participation
Pilates and exercise involve physical activity. Tell us about relevant injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, accessibility needs or medical advice before participating, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Obtain medical advice where appropriate. Instructions are general and do not replace individual medical advice. We may refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for safety.
Courses and qualifications
Teacher training, assessments and qualifications may have additional published requirements, attendance rules and awarding-body conditions. You are responsible for meeting prerequisites and completing required work.
Online services and content
You need suitable equipment, internet access and a safe space. Access is personal and must not be shared unless stated otherwise. Course materials, recordings, branding and website content belong to Julie Driver Pilates or its licensors and may not be copied, recorded, distributed or commercially reused without written permission.
Changes and cancellations by us
We may make reasonable changes to teachers, venues, timings or delivery method. If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will refund the affected amount. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by consumers.
Privacy and cookies
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our consent banner and Cookie Policy.
Complaints and law
Please contact julie@juliedriverpilates.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them.
We may update these terms. The version displayed when you book normally applies to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
