Could you benefit from a mentor?
Could you benefit from a mentor?

Over the years, I've had countless conversations with Pilates teachers who tell me some version of the same thing:
“I know I want to improve, but I'm not quite sure what I need to work on.”
Or:
“I've done lots of courses, but I still don't always feel confident in my teaching.”
And sometimes:
“I just wish I had someone experienced to talk things through with.”
This is exactly why I created Raising the Standard.
Because becoming a better Pilates teacher isn't simply about learning more exercises.
It's about learning to observe.
To question.
To adapt.
To make decisions.
To understand the person in front of you.
To know where you want to take your career and how to get there
And, importantly, to develop your own voice as a teacher.
After 26 years of teaching Pilates and mentoring teachers at different stages of their careers, one of the most important things I've learnt is having someone who can look at what you're doing from the outside and help you see what you might not be seeing yourself.
That's what we'll be doing inside my 10-week mentorship.
We'll talk about teaching, observation, cueing, confidence, professional development and the things that don't necessarily get covered when you're working towards a qualification.
And because it's a small group, I can get to know you and provide individual support.
There are now just 2 places remaining.
If you've been considering joining but haven't quite decided, I'd love you to get in touch.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before you join. That's part of what mentoring is for.
Simply reply to this email with MENTOR and I'll send you the details and we can have a conversation about whether it's right for you.
