🍂 The “Brrrr” Months Are Here…

Time to Invest in YOU!

Can you believe we’re already moving into the “ber” months? September, October, November, December… and suddenly the year is drawing to a close, no-one mention the "C" word yet!

As the days get shorter and we start spending more time indoors, it’s a lovely opportunity to slow down a little, spend time with family and friends, and perhaps turn some of that attention inwards.

And if you’re a Pilates teacher, it’s also a great time to invest in your own learning and development.

We spend so much of our time supporting our clients, planning classes and thinking about how we can help others move better. But when did you last give yourself the time and space to work on your own teaching?

Not just learning more exercises, but exploring the why behind them, refining your skills, asking questions and discovering new ways to help your clients.

With that in mind, I’d love you to join me for my final face-to-face courses and workshops of 2026.

Whether you want to explore a piece of apparatus in more depth or get more out of the exercises you already teach, there’s something here for you.

🍂 Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector

Saturday 17 October | 1pm–7pm | £250

Only TWO places left!

If you’ve been thinking about exploring the barrels, now is the time to book.

These pieces of apparatus offer so much more than a stretch. We’ll explore how to use them to develop spinal mobility, strength, control and a deeper understanding of movement, while building your confidence in teaching the repertoire.

A brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience, explore the exercises in more depth and take fresh ideas back to your teaching.

💡 NEW MATWORK WORKSHOP: From Exercise to Expertise

Friday 13 November | 10am–1pm | £125

Are you getting everything you could from the exercises you teach?

It’s easy to keep adding to your repertoire, but becoming a more skilled teacher isn't necessarily about knowing more exercises. It's about understanding what you're looking at, recognising what your client needs and knowing how to help them get more from the movement.

This new, practical workshop is designed to help you develop your teaching skills, make better connections between exercises and understand how to get more from familiar repertoire.

Expect hands-on exploration, practical ideas and the opportunity to look at your teaching from a fresh perspective.

Same exercises. Smarter teaching.

🔥 The Wunda Chair: Mastering Basics to Advanced Repertoire

Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 November | £495

The Wunda Chair is a wonderfully versatile piece of apparatus, but its simplicity can be deceptive!

From foundational exercises to more challenging repertoire, we’ll explore the skills, precision and understanding needed to teach the Chair confidently and effectively.

We’ll cover exercise progressions and modifications, cueing, spotting, spring settings and safety, as well as ways to adapt the repertoire for different clients.

With a small-group learning environment, there’s plenty of opportunity to practise, ask questions and refine your own movement and teaching.

Whether you want to expand your apparatus knowledge or develop a deeper understanding of the Chair, this is an opportunity to really get to grips with it.

Make some time for yourself before the year ends

One of the things I love most about face-to-face training is the opportunity to work together in person. To ask the questions you might not think to ask online, try things out, receive feedback and have those conversations that change the way you think about an exercise or approach your teaching.

After more than 25 years in the industry, I’m still learning, questioning and refining my own practice. That’s what keeps teaching interesting and what helps us continue to grow.

So, before the year gets away from us, why not set aside a little time for your own development?

I’d love to see you at one of these final courses of 2026.

Come and learn with me, ask questions, get hands-on and leave with fresh ideas for your teaching.

I hope to see you soon!
